Shipping Policy

Order Processing

At Holmselt, we are committed to fulfilling orders promptly and efficiently. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please note that during peak periods or promotional sales, processing times may be slightly extended.

Domestic Shipping

We offer reliable domestic shipping across all major regions. Standard shipping within the country typically takes 3–7 business days from the date of dispatch. Expedited options are available at checkout for faster delivery times. Shipping rates are calculated based on your location and total order weight.

All domestic shipments include tracking. If you have not received your tracking information within three days of placing your order, please contact us at support@holmselt.store.

International Shipping

Holmselt proudly ships internationally. International orders are processed with the same care as domestic ones and typically arrive within 7–21 business days, depending on destination and local customs procedures.

Customs, duties, and taxes may apply to international shipments and are the responsibility of the recipient. We do not control these charges and cannot predict their amounts. Please contact your local customs office for more information before placing an order.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, unforeseen delays can occur due to carrier issues, customs holds, weather disruptions, or incorrect address information. We are not liable for delays once the package has been handed to the shipping carrier, but we will assist in resolving any issues to the best of our ability.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If a package is confirmed delivered via tracking but is missing, please double-check the delivery location and consult with neighbors or your local post office. Holmselt is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, but we are happy to help investigate and, if necessary, file a claim with the carrier.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Orders returned due to an incorrect address may be reshipped at the customer’s expense.

Order Tracking

After your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your shipment in real time using the provided link. If your tracking information shows no updates for more than five business days, feel free to reach out to us.
