At Holmselt, we strive to ensure every customer is 100% satisfied with their purchase. Our return policy is designed to be simple, fair, and hassle-free.
Return Window
You have up to 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
- Gift cards
- Personal care items (e.g., grooming tools, cosmetics)
- Opened software or digital downloads
- Customized or made-to-order products
How to Initiate a Return
To start the return process, email us at support@holmselt.store with your order number, item(s) you’d like to return, and reason for the return. Our customer support team will respond within 24–48 hours with further instructions.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the product was damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Holmselt is not liable for items lost or damaged during return transit.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email confirmation. If approved, your refund will be processed within 3–7 business days and automatically applied to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please initiate a return for a refund and place a new order separately.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will cover the return shipping and either issue a full refund or ship a replacement at no cost to you.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- First check your bank or credit card account again.
- Contact your bank—it may take time before your refund officially posts.
- If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, contact us at support@holmselt.store.
